Terms and conditions
Last updated: 9 October 2026
1. Scope
These terms apply to all orders placed in the URESSAY online shop between URESSAY, Yasser Derhem (sole proprietor), Büchnerweg 89, 12489 Berlin, Germany, email hello@uressay.com, VAT ID DE458601881 ("we", "us") and our customers ("you"). Deviating terms of the customer do not apply.
2. Conclusion of the contract
The presentation of products in our online shop is not a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order. By clicking the order button at checkout you place a binding order for the goods in your cart. The contract is concluded when you receive our order confirmation by email.
The contract language is English. You can view these terms at any time on this page; the details of your order are sent to you in the order confirmation email.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are final prices in euros and include statutory VAT. Shipping costs are added and shown at checkout before you place your order. You can pay with the payment methods offered at checkout. Payment is due when you place your order.
4. Production and delivery
Our pieces are made to order. Delivery times and shipping costs are described in our shipping policy. If a piece cannot be produced, we will inform you without delay and refund any payment already made.
5. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. See Returns & right of withdrawal.
6. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until they have been paid in full.
7. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply. Please report damage or misprints to hello@uressay.com with a photo; this does not affect your statutory rights.
8. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this kind of contract.
9. Applicable law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not remove the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you habitually reside.
10. Dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
